Cross-Border Factory Bus — Johor Bahru to Singapore

Daily worker shuttles (bas kilang pekerja) from Johor Bahru pickup zones to your Singapore factory gate. Designed around your shift schedule. APAD-licensed and JPJ-registered, fully insured, with 20+ years of cross-border experience.

How it works

A factory bus service built around how your workforce actually commutes.

01

Route planning

Tell us where your workers live, where they need to be, and by when. We work through the pickup loop with you to minimise commute time and balance Causeway vs Tuas Link.

02

Fleet allocation

Based on your headcount and shift pattern, the operator assigns the right vehicle size — 12, 16, 25 or 44-seater — with a backup vehicle on standby.

03

Compliance & onboarding

All drivers hold valid PSV licences and are cross-border experienced. The operator handles permits, insurance and CIQ paperwork — under their APAD operator licence, with JPJ-registered vehicles. Your team handles nothing operational.

04

Daily ops

Buses run on your shift schedule. A WhatsApp coordination group keeps your HR informed of any deviations in real time. Monthly invoice in SGD.

FAQ

Cross-border factory bus — common questions

01.How long does it take to start service?
Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks from RFQ to first shift. Faster for smaller routes (under 20 workers); longer if you need a custom multi-shift programme.
02.Do you serve our specific JB pickup area?
Almost certainly — we cover every major JB pickup zone: JB City Centre, Skudai, Iskandar Puteri, Gelang Patah, Pasir Gudang. WhatsApp us with your worker postcodes and we'll confirm coverage in minutes.
03.Causeway or Tuas Link?
Whichever is faster for your route. We default to the geographically optimal checkpoint and switch dynamically if congestion patterns warrant it. Drivers carry both routings in their daily plan.
04.What happens if a bus breaks down during a critical shift?
Tell us which shifts are mission-critical and we plan backup capacity around them. A standby vehicle is kept on call for those windows; if a bus fails mid-route the WhatsApp coordination group is alerted immediately, the nearest standby is dispatched, and your line manager gets a live ETA — so a single breakdown doesn't cost you a shift.
05.What happens if a worker misses pickup?
Driver waits the agreed buffer (typically 3 minutes), then departs. Late workers can WhatsApp the coordination group; if there's a returning trip in the same window, we sometimes loop back. This is agreed with you during route planning.
06.Can we change the route mid-contract if workforce changes?
Yes — you set the requirement and we adapt. Pickup loops are re-tuned monthly at no cost. Major route changes (adding/dropping pickup zones) are handled with two weeks' notice.
