FAQ

Johor factory bus — common questions

01.Is this different from your JB-to-Singapore service?
Yes. This is a Johor-domestic shuttle — pickup and drop-off both inside Johor, with no Causeway or Tuas crossing and no CIQ. Because there's no border premium, MYR rates sit below the cross-border SGD pricing. If you need workers taken across to Singapore instead, see our cross-border factory bus service.
02.Which Johor areas do you cover?
We cover the main industrial and residential zones across Johor — Pasir Gudang, Tanjung Langsat, Tebrau / Mount Austin, Senai, Kulai, Sedenak (SAIE), Iskandar Puteri, Gelang Patah / PTP, Tampoi, Larkin and more. WhatsApp us your worker postcodes and site address and we'll confirm coverage in minutes.
03.How is pricing worked out, and in what currency?
Quoted per month in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), all-in: fuel, tolls and driver. Cost depends on distance, headcount, number of pickup stops and shift pattern. The indicative ranges above are starting points — send your details for a real quote.
04.Can you handle multiple shifts and large headcounts?
Yes. We size vehicles to the shift and run staggered pickup loops for morning, evening and night shifts. For large sites we mix vehicle sizes within one contract and add backup vehicles.
05.What licences and inspections cover the buses?
The operator's factory buses run under an APAD operator licence with JPJ-compliant vehicles, and every bus passes the mandatory 6-monthly PUSPAKOM inspection. Drivers hold valid PSV licences. Documentation is provided to your procurement team on request.
06.How quickly can service start?
Typically 1–2 weeks from quote to first run — faster for small loops (under 20 workers), longer for multi-shift programmes across several sites.
