Safety & compliance

Audit-ready compliance, by default.

Singapore procurement teams typically need to see proof of operator licensing, driver vetting and insurance before committing. We provide all of this upfront.

APAD operator licence

Our buses operate under a full APAD (Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat) operator licence permitting commercial cross-border passenger transport.

Singapore VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit)

Vehicles entering Singapore carry a valid VEP obtained from LTA Singapore, with a clean permit record. All compliance paperwork is current and verifiable.

GPS tracking

Every vehicle is GPS-tracked in real time, so arrival times and route adherence can be monitored live throughout each run.

CCTV monitoring

On-board CCTV across the fleet for enhanced passenger security and incident review.

PSV-licensed drivers

All drivers hold valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licences, with additional cross-border experience and English-language working competence.

PUSPAKOM 6-monthly inspection

Every vehicle passes the mandatory PUSPAKOM inspection every 6 months, with JPJ-compliant roadworthiness records kept current and verifiable.

2/3-point safety belts

Every passenger seat has a 2- or 3-point safety belt and comfort seating. Belt wear is enforced before departure.

Scheduled maintenance

Vehicles follow a documented preventive maintenance schedule. Pre-trip safety checks are performed daily before first pickup.

Comprehensive insurance

All vehicles carry the operator's comprehensive passenger insurance. Certificates can be provided to your procurement team on request.

Ridership reports on request

Passenger ridership reports are available on request — useful for HR attendance reconciliation, headcount records and main-contractor reporting.

Regulatory & licensing

Who licenses what.
