JB Factory Bus (https://johorfactorybus.com) provides daily cross-border worker transport (bas kilang pekerja) between Johor Bahru and Singapore.

This website is operated by Surego Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202501041634 (1643043-X)), which handles your inquiry and coordination.

Transport — whether cross-border (JB ↔ Singapore) or within Johor — is provided by a separately licensed APAD bus operator: the regulated carrier that holds the operator licence, employs the drivers, and is the party you contract with for transport. The operator's vehicles are JPJ-compliant and pass 6-monthly PUSPAKOM inspections; cross-border vehicles additionally carry a Singapore LTA ASEAN Public Service Vehicle Permit (PSVP) and clear ICA / LTA requirements at the checkpoint. That carrier's details, including its APAD operator-licence number and Singapore ASEAN PSVP, are set out in the written service agreement you receive before service starts.

Surego Travel Sdn. Bhd. additionally holds a MOTAC domestic tour-operating licence (KPK/LN 12895, issued under the Tourism Industry Act 1992 and valid to 22 February 2027), under which it can arrange domestic tours, company outings and group excursions within Malaysia as an additional service on request.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, the form, email or phone we receive:

• Your name and your company name
• Your contact details (phone, WhatsApp number, email)
• Information about your transport requirements (pickup zone, drop-off, headcount, shift times)
• Any additional context you share in your message

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which pages lead to inquiries. We do not sell or rent your data. The only third party we share it with is the licensed carrier that fulfils your transport, and only as needed to plan and deliver the service you request.

We process personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The legal basis for processing is your consent — given when you contact us via any of our published channels — and the legitimate interest of responding to a B2B business inquiry.

For inquiries originating from Singapore, equivalent provisions of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 apply by analogy.

Active inquiries are retained for the duration of conversation plus 24 months. Service-related records (route details, daily ops logs) are retained for the contract period plus the statutory period required for tax and audit purposes (typically 7 years).

You can ask us at any time to:

• Correct it if it's inaccurate
• Delete it (subject to any legal retention obligations)
• Stop using it for any new purpose
